Jennifer Tam, the District 30 Director, found that their previous software, Easy-Speak, was too clunky for their mobile-first membership. Members would often ignore emails because the interface was hard to use on their phones, leading to last-minute dropouts.
"Our members live on their phones," Jennifer says. "If they can't do it in two taps, they won't do it. Toastmanagers was the only platform that offered a modern mobile experience."
