FreeToastHost is not "just a blank host." FreeToastHost 3 documentation describes public website hosting plus member-facing tools such as agendas, role signup, calendars, email lists, membership panels, and Pathways-related agenda support. FreeToastHost 4 is a ground-up rebuild rolling out in phases, with clubs notified when it is their turn. Your club URL is intended to stay the same.
That still does not make FreeToastHost the same product as Toastmanagers. One is website-first. The other is scheduling-first.
What Toastmanagers is
Toastmanagers is built for VPEs and officers who need:
- Recurring meeting schedules with fair role rotation
- Speech requests and role preferences

We do not replace a full public CMS. If you want a rich marketing site, keep FreeToastHost (or another builder) and point members to Toastmanagers for the working schedule.
During FreeToastHost 4 migration
Phased platform rebuilds are hard on volunteer officers even when data is supposed to carry over. Public FTH4 materials describe migration in waves and note that some tools may still be landing during the rollout. The practical VPE move:
